POLICIES

We strive to make your therapeutic massage a relaxing, unhurried and professional experience. Our massage therapists are Oregon licensed professionals and held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well being of the client.

Massage therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are they allowed to provide treatment for a specific condition without a doctor’s supervision.

Clients may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time and is free to leave but will still be charged for the entire time booked. The therapy door is never locked.

The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged.

Sexual discussion is forbidden. Any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

We do not massage anyone under the age of 17 without signed intake form from their parent or legal guardian. Parent must be present for massage session.

Groupons and Living Social

We love them and accept Groupons and Living Social certificates for most appointments accept for Saturday nights and Flash Sales. Groupons and Living Social certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale or discount. Only one can be used per visit and cannot be combined.


YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, especially if it’s your first visit since there’s paper work to fill out. In the event you are late for your scheduled time, your appointment will be shortened to accommodate the guest already scheduled after you.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Our policy requires a 12 hour notice for any cancellations. Any cancellation after the 12 hour limit will be subject to an additional $35 fee at the time of your next appointment. The same policy is in effect for all no shows.

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards, cash and checks.
